The structure of the organization consists of the Board, which is the main policy and decision making body within the organization, and Secretarial, which performs administrative and financial issues.
The board is presided by a CEO who in cooperation with the board determines agenda and policy priorities. Being a major spokesperson of the organization she is responsible to make statements on behalf of the organization.
The organization has the Advisory Board of Scientific Council paneled by multinational groups of scholars, experts and researchers. It drafts research strategies, study programs and sets out short-term priorities and long-term objectives.
Tamar Gamkrelidze, CEO
Tamar Gamkrelidze holds Master’s degree in European Studies from Maastricht University. Being an alumni of Open Society Network Scholarships programs, she has undertaken the courses in political theories at Central European University and Bilge Istanbul University. Tamar worked as a RTA Assistant (EC Resident Twinning Advisor) at the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. For some time she was also a freelance journalist writing mainly on Georgia’s foreign relations.

Arkadiusz Modrzejewski, PhD. Studied Political and Social Sciences at University of Gdansk, where he obtained a doctoral degree. Habilitated in Political Theory at Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences at Comenius University in Bratislava. Currently he is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at University of Gdansk. His academic focus is political philosophy as well as identity issues.
